We quickly got our first lift to Randers.

Our everyday adventures in Thisted Municipality was somewhat different than we could’ve imagined.
As in all the previous municipalities in North Jutland we had visited, it was of course the idea that we should drive around and stay in our car and our home, Turtle.

But no, that’s not how it went.
During the weekend before our trip to Thy, Turtle broke down and we kept him at my little brothers (Turtle’s chief mechanic) home in Djursland. And how do you get to Thy then?

From parrots in the north to minigolf in the south (Everyday Adventures in North Jutland, week 8)

Sunday evening in the dark and with a light autumn rain we crossed the border to Rebild Municipality.
The first town we came to was Guldbæk and we found an empty spot on the outskirts of the city, where we parked and went to bed.

In the morning we heard some loud noises from the neighbor. It sounded like parrots – and it also turned out later when Morten talked to the neighbor that it was.

From wooden ships to tomatoes (Everyday Adventures in North Jutland, week 7)

Here, behind the old school in Testrup, is a nice shelter site with toilet and shower.

It was Sunday night when we arrived at Vesthimmerland Municipality, so the first thing we were looking for was a place to stay.

We checked on our shelter app if there were anywhere in the nearby area with a shelter, cause they are mostly located in areas with beautiful nature and many times there are also toilet facilities attached.

We found a shelter with toilet in Testrup, where it also looked like we could park the Turtle and drove there.
